Group rates are only applicable to individual events (1 km, 5 km, 10 km, Half Marathon and Marathon).
In order to obtain the promotional code, you must contact us before registering. It will not be possible to apply a discount retroactively.
Registration policy
Race Roster account and registration confirmation
When you register for one of the Marathon Beneva de Montréal events, a Race Roster account is created in your name. By logging in to this account, you will be able to modify some of the information you entered at registration.

Changing races
Until September 1, 2024*, it is possible to make an event change for a $18 administrative fee and the difference between the price you paid at the time of registration and the price of your new event at the time of the change. Go to your Race Roster account to make the change.
No refunds will be given if a participant switches to a shorter distance event. In this case, the participant will only have to pay the administrative fee.
Race Roster distance change procedure
For event changes after September 1, the participant must go to the CHANGEMENTS / TRANSFERT booth at the Expo-Marathon to make the change with our team. The participant will be required to pay a $30 administrative fee, as well as the difference between the amount paid at registration and the price of the new event, if applicable. No refund will be given if the participant changes to a shorter-distance event. In this case, only the administrative fee will be charged.
Please note that the 42km, 21km and 10km distances are fully booked for this year, and it is not possible to transfer to these events.
It is not possible to transfer your registration to the following year.
Transfer to another person
We accept registration transfers to another person up to September 1, 2024 using Race Roster, all subject to availability at the time of the request for transfer. After this date, transfers among participants will only be handled at bib pickup at the Expo-Marathon, subject to registration availability and the organizer’s approval.
For all transfers of registration to another person, an administrative transfer fee of $18.00 will be charged to the new participant. It is not possible to make both an event change and a participant change in a single transaction. If a person receiving a registration also wishes to change events, he/she must do so in a second transaction (subject to payment of the $18.00 event change administration fee), subject to availability.
Race Roster-Transfer procedure
After September 1, to transfer a race to another person, the new person must go to the CHANGEMENTS / TRANSFERT booth at the expo-marathon with a signed letter authorizing the transfer, as well as a copy of your ID and their own ID.
Fees and conditions :
- An administrative transfer fee of $30.00 will be charged to the new participant.
- A change of event and a transfer of participant cannot be carried out in a single transaction. If the new participant also wishes to change events, this will have to be done in a second transaction, subject to event availability, for an additional administrative fee of $30.00.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to run with a bib that does not belong to you, under penalty of disqualification.
Cancellation by the participant
As a general rule, no refunds will be given if a participant is no longer able to participate in the event. However, the organization does offer the option of purchasing the Race Roster Enhanced refund protection which provides protection in this situation. This plan is not refundable in the event of a complete cancellation of the event. It is also possible to transfer your bib number to another person if you are no longer able to participate in the event.
Cancellation of the event
In case of complete or partial cancellation of the Event for any reason (e.g. dangerous weather conditions, terrorist acts, pandemic), registrations are not refundable. In the event of an exceptional situation that requires the cancellation of the Event, the Organization will evaluate the possibilities of refund, postponement, alternative solutions (e.g. virtual race), but at no time will be obliged to implement such an alternative.
In all circumstances, donations are given directly to the organization and are irrevocable (non-refundable.)
