Elite program
The Marathon Beneva de Montréal is proud to offer an Elite program to high level runners.
For the 30th edition, the organization will designate the Marathon as the main event of the Elite program and will allocate more than $ 20 000 in prize money.
Elite starting waves are also planned for the 5 km, 10 km and Half Marathon events for which a smaller prize money envelope will be distributed. Details will be announced at a later date.
An Elite wheelchair event will be presented in the marathon event. All details can be found here.
Qualification to the Elite program
Athletes eligible to theElite program receive free registration for the chosen event. For the Marathon event, additional provisions are provided (per diem, accommodation, transportation, etc.). The allocation of these is at the sole discretion of the organization.
Other terms and conditions of the Elite program will be disclosed in the coming weeks.
In order to qualify, athletes must meet the standards presented in the tables below. The standard must have been achieved after January 1, 2018 at an official event and the result must be publicly available. Achieving the event standard does not guarantee access to the Elite program. The final selection of athletes is at the sole discretion of the organization.

The standards for the Half Marathon, 10 km and 5 km are based on those of the Coupe Québec Viens Courir.
